Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Manse
The purpose of this site is to inform you about the contents of the VIP package, to allow you to order it, under respect of the required conditions, and to communicate your delivery preferences to us. These terms and conditions are exclusively applicable to the order of the VIP package by the beneficiary, as well as to the products contained in the said VIP package.
By visiting our site and by ordering your VIP package you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including the additional policy referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

These general conditions are opposable to the beneficiary who acknowledges, by checking a box provided for this purpose, to have been aware of them and to have accepted them before placing the order. The validation of the order by its confirmation means that the beneficiary adheres to the general terms and conditions in force on the day of the order.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

SECTION 2 - CONTENT AND ACCESS TO THE VIP PACKAGES
2.1 - VIP 1 PACKAGE
The VIP 1 Package is a package available exclusively to users with VIP 1 status on the Platform. For more information on the conditions of access to this status, go to www.royaltiz.com.
The contents of the VIP 1 Package are as follows:
- Super Soft Branded Cotton Hoodie
- Branded Gaming Mousepad
- VIP Level 1 engraved Metal Card
- Stickers
- Hoodie
These items are provided for information purposes only, and are subject to change at Manse's discretion.
The VIP 1 Package will be sent to beneficiaries who request it through this Website only. The request to send the VIP 1 Package will result in internal verifications of the effectiveness of the VIP 1 status of the VIP 1 Package applicant. If the conditions are not met on the day of the request, Manse will not send the VIP 1 Package.
In addition to benefiting from the VIP 1 status on the platform, it is essential to create your account on this website with the same email address as your account on the platform.
Only one VIP 1 Package per beneficiary will be sent. The temporary loss of your VIP 1 status, followed by a new VIP status, will not entitle you to a new VIP 1 Package. The claim of the VIP 1 Package does not prevent you from claiming the VIP 2 Package following the same process.
All orders are final, and we do not take responsibility for orders that failed to be delivered because of incorrect address, recipient absence or any other reason.
No payment will be required to benefit from the VIP 1 Package. Please note, however, that depending on the delivery method selected, shipping costs may be applied.
2.2 - VIP 2 PACKAGE
The VIP 2 Package is a package available exclusively to users with VIP 2 status on the Platform. For more information on the conditions of access to this status, go to www.royaltiz.com.
The contents of the VIP 2 Package are as follows:
- A branded gift box
- A Moët & Chandon - Grand vintage 2015 - 75cl
- A Water bottle + 2 cups
- VIP Level 2 Engraved Metal Card
- A branded black vegan leather duffel bag
- Stickers
These items are provided for information purposes only, and are subject to change at Manse's discretion.
The VIP 2 Package will be sent to beneficiaries who request it through this Website only. SECTION 3 - DELIVERY METHOD AND SHIPPING COSTS
The transport and delivery of the VIP Package is provided by Chronopost.
You can choose between two delivery methods:
- Delivery in a relay point - Free of charge
- Delivery to your home - Subject to shipping costs indicated prior to order confirmation
In the event of a delivery attempt failure, you can contact us to have the package shipped again. In that case, it is important to note that you will be charged for the reshipment costs. If you do not pay these fees, the package will not be reshipped back to you.
Where applicable, the delivery costs are payable in full upon confirmation of the order. Payment is made immediately upon ordering by credit card.
The Website is equipped with an online payment security system that encrypts the transmission of the consumer's banking data. The customer's credit card number is only directed to the bank's servers, in a secure environment.
An invoice showing the VAT can be sent to the beneficiary, upon request from addressed to Manse.
The customer shall be solely responsible for the payment of any and all customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or other charges imposed by any governmental authority on the shipment, including any related penalties or interest.
The delivery time will be approximately 14 (fourteen) days, in order to allow time for our teams to make the necessary verifications.
SECTION 4 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Indeed, as previously mentioned, the benefit of the VIP package is subject to conditions. Compliance with these conditions will be verified individually by our teams, and will allow them to determine your right or not to benefit from the VIP package with regard to the information accessible from your profile on the Royaltiz Platform.
If the conditions are not met, we will inform you by contacting you at the e-mail address provided at the time of the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information for the order made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address,, so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS POLICY AND AND RIGHT OF RETRACTION
As VIP packages are claimable at no cost, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. The beneficiary expressly agrees to waive his - her right of withdrawal once the order is validated.
SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PRIVACY
The elements reproduced on the website are the exclusive property of Manse and are protected by copyright, trademark law and unfair competition law. Any reproduction and any diffusion of these elements, without prior and express authorization of Manse, exposes the offenders to legal proceedings.

SECTION 9 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Manse cannot be held responsible if any or all of the products contained in the VIP Package arrive damaged. In this case, Manse will not be obliged to send a new VIP Package to the beneficiary.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.In addition, the products in the VIP package offered to you are not subject to any guarantee, and can not be returned or exchanged.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.In such a case, the present site will no longer be accessible, and it will no longer be possible to benefit from the VIP package.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and Services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall MANSE, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
